I’m Marisa Baldoz Matz, M.A., R.Y.T. (she/her/hers), a leadership development educator and consultant on a mission to empower new and mid-level leaders to thrive in the 21st Century. For over 20+ years, I’ve dedicated my career to helping professionals discover and sharpen the leadership skills that make a real impact.

Growing up in California’s San Joaquin Valley, with a father who emigrated from the Philippines and a mother from the Mexico-U.S. border region of Texas, I was raised with a deep sense of determination, perseverance, and a passion for leadership.

  • Today, I'm driven to serve women, of all backgrounds and life experiences, helping them step into their power and create communities where everyone is truly seen and heard. I hold an International Business degree and Master's in Leadership from Saint Mary’s College of California and I'm proud to call San Diego, CA, home.

It’s us showing up consistently, showing up with questions, showing up with self-doubt.

It’s us blocking time on our calendars to invest in our journeys for once, us believing in a future that’s good because we put in the work to make it so. It’s us leaving the world better than we found it because of those who believed in us, and because we cared enough to clear the way for those coming up behind us.
