Encourage and increase your team’s potential by bringing focus on your leadership style. Using research-based techniques, we’ll equip you in creating environments where improved communication and focused trust-building help teams succeed.
This virtual workshop series is designed to help learners get back to the fundamentals of leadership. We want to help you build stronger and deeper relationships with people through conversation. Leadership is a social process. Come refine these fundamental skills! While you do not have to be in a leadership position to attend, these courses are designed for those in a supervisor or manager role (or considering one). If you can’t attend all three workshops, join us for one or two — all are welcome!
